With 12+ years of experience in celebrating Greek cuisine and culture, and having published a few cookbooks along the way, his journey is one steeped in the rich flavors and communal spirit of the Mediterranean.

It was this profound connection to Mediterranean traditions that inspired his own health transformation. When he sought to improve his well-being, he turned to what he knew best—the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle.

When I wanted to get my health in order, I chose to explore and really follow the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle.
